Orders

Please allow a processing time of 3-4 business days for your handcrafted orders to ship. Each of our DIVERSO  pieces are carefully designed and handcrafted and we do not mass produce our products; there is limited stock of each design. Some orders may have a processing time of 5-7 business days if we are awaiting crucial materials to assemble your pieces.            

Double Check Email Address and Shipping Address

Please use your correct email address when you place your order. We will email you the tracking number after your purchase is complete so you can stay informed regarding estimated delivery date.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Once your order leaves our store and is given to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the package.
